Yogurt base gelato

Nemox offers its customers a complete service to achieve with minimal efforts, excellent results.
In cooperation with the best Italian “gelatieri” (ice cream men) Nemox developed a range of products for
gelato and sorbets, which are now made available together with the Nemox equipments and professiona
training classes. Particular attention was paid to the choice of raw materials. Nemox selected only natural ingredients, avoid azo additives and dyes that, although allowed by European laws, do not meet the requirements of a healthy and natural diet.


300g Yoghurt
1l Base
Milk  100gr
Yoghurt (optional).

Mix together all the ingredients;  mix very well with a whisk  and pour the mixture into the ice cream machine

To get a richer gelato add 100g of whole fresh yogurt

Each kilo of Gelattiamo mix produces about 4 kg. of Gelato yoghurt.
Carton contains 5 bags x 1,1 Kg. each

sugar, glucose syrup, skim MILK powder, dextrose, vegetable fibers,  vegetable palm oils, skim YOGHURT powder, acid agent: E330; emulsifier: E472a; flavours, stabiliziers: E466, E417, E407;MILK proteins. It may contain SOY.
