In cooperation with the best Italian “gelatieri” (ice cream men) Nemox developed a range of products for gelato and sorbets, which are now made available together with the Nemox equipments and professional training classes.
Particular attention was paid to the choice of raw materials.
Nemox selected only natural ingredients, avoid azo additives and dyes that, although allowed by European laws, do not meet the requirements of a healthy and natural diet.

200g. Zucker

1l Milch.

Mischen Sie die Basis Gelattiamo, Zucker und Milch mit einem Handrührer oder Schneebesen gut und geben diese Mischung in die Eismaschine

Für Fiordilatte Eis wechseln Sie 70 g. von Milch mit flüssiger Sahne aus. Um eine guter Gelato zu bekommen, Führen Sie diese Zeigen auch im Fall von Benutzung von aromatischen Pasten.

Vollmilchpulver- Magermilchpulver- Milchproteine- Dextrose-Glukosesirup. Stabilisatoren: Natriumalginat-Guarkernmehl-Carboxymethylcellulose. Allergene: Milch, Gluten
